Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interviews, selects and onboards team members; provides training per RHS policies.
• Maintains a safe patient care environment by complying with RHS, DNV, State and regulatory standards.
• Conducts daily inspections to ensure quality and infection control with proper documentation.
• Demonstrates and responds effectively to suggestions and concerns from patients, visitors, staff and leadership.
• Organizes the work of self and department to ensure efficiency.
• Ensures staff demonstrate competence for high-quality work.
