Yona Eagle is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to oversee the housekeeping and laundry departments in a skilled nursing facility. You will coordinate activities with facility staff to ensure a clean, safe, and survey-ready environment that supports high-quality resident care.

The role requires a four-year degree (or related experience), healthcare housekeeping supervision experience, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

• Four year college degree or related experience strongly desired; high school diploma/GED required.
• Two years experience in housekeeping services in healthcare environment and personnel supervision is desired.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service and quality attitude.
• Ability to interact positively with residents, clients and other personnel and the public.
• Ability to work all shifts as needed.

Aufgaben

• Interviews, hires and/orients housekeeping, floor care, and laundry staff.
• Trains workers in housekeeping, laundry, and floor care procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and supervises department functions.
• Supervises and evaluates quality of work of department employees.
• Maintains sanitary, attractive and orderly environment.
• Forecasts and plans purchase of cleaning supplies, chemicals and equipment.
• Plans staffing schedules to ensure adequate services and maintains proper staffing levels.
