Job summary

Mission Health's Blue Ridge Regional Hospital in Spruce Pine, NC seeks an Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate to clean and maintain areas of the facility per leadership expectations. The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and professional appearance in a patient-care environment.

The position supports patient experience by identifying improvement opportunities, adapting cleaning processes, and efficiently using supplies to reduce waste.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent. Preferred
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare Preferred
• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field Preferred

Responsibilities

• Adhere to expectations around safety and sanitation.
• Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all time
• Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Identify under-serviced and/or un-serviced areas and how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to add efficiency and effectiveness around the center.
• Correctly utilize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste.
