Job summary

FutureCare is seeking Housekeepers to maintain a clean and sanitized environment for residents and staff, following all Environmental Services standards. The role includes daily rounds, safety and infection control adherence, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year housekeeping experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas as assigned daily, following sanitary procedures and instructions.
• Promptly reports all maintenance issues/concerns at time of observation.
• Adhere to safety and infection control procedures to ensure sanitary conditions.
• Maintain facility equipment, carts and work areas clean at all times.
• Perform inventory of cleaning supplies and notify manager of needs.
• Follow MSDS regulations and company ethics.
