• Planning and oversight of work in support of Environmental Management Service Center goals.
• Setting and adjusting short-term daily, weekly or monthly priorities.
• Assigning work to EMS Center Associates based on priorities and capabilities.
• Evaluating work performance and recommending ratings.
• Understanding complex policies and regulations (VA, VHA, OSHA, JCAHO, EPA).
• Planning quality control measures, work schedules and cleaning frequencies for the facility.
• Carrying out director-issued policies to implement EMS Center programs.
