Job summary

Arcwood Environmental is seeking a Healthcare Environmental Technician to manage a Product Collection Program on customer sites across Louisiana. The role requires a personal vehicle for travel between sites, with mileage reimbursed, and a focus on safety and compliance in waste management.

You will perform inspections, collect data via a mobile app, assist with reporting, and support billing and inventory tasks as part of a nationwide environmental program.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous work experience in a customer service setting is required; driving between sites with reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times.
• Provides inspection services to clients, including collection bin inspections, data collection via mobile app, packaging of full containers for shipment and conducting other various facility inspections as required.
• Prepares weekly submission of reports via mobile app detailing activities and works with the client to achieve program efficiencies.
• Completes project billing and cost tracking operations as needed.
• Maintains inventory of supplies to conduct inspections.
• Receives and maintains credentials to provide service at the client locations.
• Completes all necessary training as provided by Arcwood.
• Responds as needed to provide assistance to customers during off hours.
• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization.
