Job summary
Elevate Digital seeks a Principal Strategist and Account Solution Lead to shape the strategic product and technology direction for a major healthcare enterprise client. This senior executive-facing role defines the forward-looking architecture and represents Elevate to client leadership.
It is advisory, not day-to-day delivery, and partners with Portfolio Delivery for scoping and with the Client Partner for commercial execution.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated healthcare industry expertise (HIPAA, FDA-regulated software, quality systems)
- Enterprise-level product strategy and ownership experience
- Ability to influence senior executives and navigate a matrixed organization
- Experience owning technology or product strategy for large enterprise programs, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the strategic roadmap for the client healthcare platform and ecosystem
- Lead executive strategy reviews, roadmap sessions, and co-innovation discussions
- Ensure coherence of workstreams with the enterprise platform vision and architecture guardrails
- Translate opportunities into engagement strategies and coordinate with Portfolio Delivery and Client Partner for scoping and commercial execution
