Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Investigations related to attendance, privacy, safety, and policy infractions.
• Ability to advise leaders and interpret HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to workplace concerns via the case management system with timely follow-up and proper documentation.
• Conduct investigations into attendance, HIPAA/privacy, license/certification compliance, safety, policy infractions, and workplace conduct.
• Gather information through interviews and document reviews to support objective resolutions.
• Maintain confidential case documentation per company policies and employment laws.
• Collaborate with HR and Legal stakeholders to support case management and resolution.
• Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations matters, including policy interpretation and corrective action.
