Qualifikationen

• Experience in emergency dispatch or call center operations.
• Ability to triage and give clear, actionable instructions.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Answer and triage all emergency and non-emergency calls promptly and efficiently.
• Assess situations and determine the appropriate response using protocols.
• Provide clear, concise instructions to callers during emergencies.
• Dispatch emergency teams and coordinate interdepartmental response.
• Monitor alarms and ensure timely action in critical situations.
• Operate phones, radios, pagers, and dispatch systems and document actions.
• Maintain accurate records for reporting and quality assurance.
• Follow emergency protocols and participate in ongoing training.
• Perform other duties to support emergency operations.
