Central Health is seeking an Eligibility and Financial Screening Manager to lead a diverse team providing eligibility determination, financial screening, and enrollment support across Central Health and partner sites. You will oversee staffing, training, and performance to ensure timely application processing and quality service.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with EPIC/VeritySource and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent (higher degree accepted).
• 3 years experience in health care, government, nonprofit, or customer service.
• 2 years experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience with financial eligibility processes and government health insurance eligibility criteria and application processes.
• ACA Certification within 6 months of hire; Community Partner Program Certification within 6 months of hire; Data Security Certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of eligibility and financial screening services across locations.
• Manage team schedules and monitor back-end workflows for timely processing of applications.
• Coordinate recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and staff evaluations.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency, compliance and service quality.
• Monitor regulatory changes and integrate updates into SOPs and tools.
• Ensure confidentiality of PHI and uphold policies and standards.
• Attend community events and represent the organization as needed.
