• Seek guidance from supervisor to ensure accuracy of edits.
• Identify and resolve complex edits from various sources.
• Report issues impacting billing quality.
• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and procedures.
• Promote teamwork to achieve department goals and improve quality.
