Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Manager of Environment of Care (EC) and Emergency Management (EM). You will oversee EC, LS, and EM programs, lead safety initiatives, and ensure compliance across hospital facilities with applicable regulations and standards.

The role requires knowledge of NFPA, OSHA, CMS, TJC, and strong project management and communication skills to implement policies and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• 2 years of experience.
• Experience in environmental health and safety programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EC, Life Safety (LS) and EM programs at facilities.
• Lead bi-monthly EC meetings and promote program through training.
• Monitor compliance with federal/state/local regulations and standards.
