Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Manager of Environment of Care (EC) and Emergency Management (EM) to oversee EC, LS, and EM programs across facilities. Under guidance from the Regional Director, the role develops and implements policies to protect staff, patients, physicians, and visitors from safety risks and ensures compliance with TJC and other regulations.

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• 2 years of Experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee EC, Life Safety, and EM programs at facilities.
• Lead meetings and promote program through training.
• Identify and mitigate environmental, health, and safety risks.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, TJC, OSHA, CMS, and state regulations.
• Coordinate safety assessments and emergency planning.
• Provide guidance to clinics and BSWH facilities on safety issues.
• Coordinate hazardous materials activities and emergency response.
