Job summary

AbsoluteCARE Medical Center & Pharmacy seeks a Product Analyst to drive large-scale initiatives for clinical applications, supporting design, testing, and implementation of new modules, and serving as the EHR configuration expert.

You will train end users, collaborate with pharmacy teams, and coordinate with IT and Clinical Applications to optimize workflows, documentation, and integrations. Travel up to 35% is possible and East Coast hours may apply.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in EHR training, implementation, and support.
• Experience with eCW, Jiva, or PioneerRX preferred.
• Pharmacy applications experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale healthcare IT initiatives for clinical applications.
• Provide training, testing, and go-live support for new modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve EHR issues.
• Document configurations and maintain integrations.
• Travel up to 35% and support East Coast hours.
