• Support new employee orientation and onboarding to ensure staff feel prepared and connected.
• Serve as a resource and consultant on professional development and program design.
• Promote evidence-based practice and continuous improvement through research and quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify education opportunities benefiting staff and patients.
