Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in teaching discipline or an associate’s degree with demonstrated competencies in teaching.
• Current SC RN license with no encumbrances.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience; teaching experience preferred.
• Experience in curriculum development, program assessment, and student learning outcomes.
• Familiarity with accreditation standards, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement in healthcare education.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership and administration for the Patient Care Program.
• Oversee scheduling, enrollment, instruction, advising, recruitment and retention.
• Coordinate clinical sites, experiential learning, and maintain records.
• Develop and assess curriculum and instruction to ensure learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accreditation and program quality.
