The role supports cross-functional teams and requires experience with claims data, fraud and growth signals, and strong Excel/SQLeS capabilities. Remote work options within the U.S. are available.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in an analytics capacity
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare insurance industry with exposure to medical claims data
• 1+ year of experience communicating complex information to senior stakeholders
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel including Pivot Tables, Charts and complex functions
• Intermediate level of proficiency with SQL, SAS, or Snowflake

Aufgaben

• Serve as the analytical lead for assigned Medicaid market(s) with cross-functional partners
• Translate ambiguous business questions into actionable analytical approaches and executive-level presentations
• Identify emerging trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities for deeper investigation
• Develop narratives connecting analytics to business impact and strategic priorities
• Interpret and analyze claims, capitation, premium, and membership data for analyses
• Present analytical findings to health plan and senior leadership to inform decisions
