• Proficiency in querying, extracting, and manipulating data using SQL.
• Experience using data visualization and analytics tools such as Spotfire or similar.
• Advanced Excel: pivots, formulas; Access/VBA/macros preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of contracting lifecycle with economic impact to Atlantic Health.
• Analyze current and future contracts for opportunities or risk.
• Reprice facility and professional contracts for impact assessments.
• Forecast financial benefits or risks of pay-for-performance contracts.
• Develop ROI models for programs; build analytics dashboards.
• Collaborate with leadership to quantify impact and support negotiations.
