Archway Management is seeking an Assistant Dietary Manager to oversee daily healthcare dining operations in our Michigan facility. You will lead staff, monitor meal production, ensure safety and sanitation, and support CMS compliance.

The role requires at least 2 years of healthcare dining experience, strong communication, and computer skills. You will coordinate with the Dining Manager and other departments to maintain quality and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare dining or kitchen operations is required.
• Familiarity with healthcare food service standards and documentation is preferred.
• Comfortable using computers for reporting and record-keeping.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work well in a team and support leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily meal production and service for quality and consistency.
• Direct staff to follow procedures and schedules.
• Verify meals are prepared, plated, and served to facility standards.
• Support meal production from prep through service and assist with workflow organization.
• Assist with CMS tracking, records, and audits; ensure compliance policies are followed.
• Enter, track, and update reports in facility systems.
• Communicate clearly with the Dining Manager, staff, and other departments.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and daily operational tasks.
