Job summary

White Horse Village is an active senior living community in Newtown Square, PA. The Healthcare Dining Server will serve meals in an appetizing way, assist in serving on time, set up meal trays and dining areas, and help with daily cleaning and logistics.

No experience is required; we provide on-the-job training. The role offers weekend rotation, flexible managers, free gym and meals, and bonus opportunities as part of our supportive nonprofit culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 15 years of age.
• Must have a work permit if under 18 years old.
• We are willing and excited to train you on the job, no previous experience needed!

Responsibilities

• The Healthcare Dining Server serves meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• The Healthcare Dining Server assists in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis.
• The Healthcare Dining Server serves food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
• The Healthcare Dining Server sets up meal trays, food carts, dining room, etc., as instructed.
• The Healthcare Dining Server distributes and collect menus as necessary.
• The Healthcare Dining Server obtains food supplies for next meal.
• The Healthcare Dining Server prepares and deliver snacks, etc., as instructed
• The Healthcare Dining Server assures meal selections and preferences are followed for all meals.
• The Healthcare Dining Server assists in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• The Healthcare Dining Server cleans work tables, healthcare carts, refrigerators/freezers, etc.
• The Healthcare Dining Server carries soiled utensils, etc. to wash area.
