Aventura Healthcare Group is hiring an Assistant Food Service Manager in North Lima, Ohio to support daily dining operations in a healthcare setting. You will help ensure meals meet resident needs, uphold safety standards, and maintain accurate records.

You will assist with sanitation, menu management, and customer satisfaction while collaborating with residents, staff, and management to deliver high-quality service.

• Help ensure food service operations meet established quality and service expectations.

• Address service concerns promptly and communicate issues to management when appropriate.
• Follow infection control procedures and universal precautions to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Recognize workplace hazards, use appropriate PPE, and follow safety procedures.
• Read and understand Safety Data Sheets and assist with communicating safety requirements to employees.
• Help ensure equipment and supplies are properly maintained and available for daily operations.
• Assist with maintaining accurate menus and ensuring menus are completed according to established policies and procedures.
• Use available menu-planning software as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely records using computers and other documentation systems in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations.
