• Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-6 years of experience in operations, project management, client success, or related roles.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

• Excellent communication with technical, operational and client stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, track milestones, and ensure successful delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of low-to-medium complexity digital programs and projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and support onboarding.
• Assist with data validation, tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve client outcomes.
• Identify risks and escalate to drive timely resolution.
• Support process improvements and documentation to boost efficiency.
• Build expertise in digital program operations and healthcare workflows.
