Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and lead the product strategy for its Legal & Insurance vertical. This individual contributor role will set long-term vision, shape architecture, and influence executive investment decisions while deep-diving into workflows and AI-enabled experiences.

The role spans enterprise and small/mid-sized customer segments, requiring collaboration across engineering, data science, operations, design, and commercial teams to scale a new business line

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of product management experience in enterprise-grade, data-centric products.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for Datavant’s Legal & Insurance vertical.
• Shape product architecture for a new vertical, including workflows, data models, platform capabilities, and AI-enabled experiences.
• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate opportunities, set priorities, and align the organization around high-impact work.
• Build scalable products for attorneys, copy services, insurers, and other requesters across enterprise and mid-size customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, analytics, operations, design, and commercial teams to move strategy to execution.
• Develop AI-powered tools that help users extract, summarize, structure, and act on insights from complex medical records.
