Job summary

Norton Healthcare in Louisville seeks a Design Project Manager to coordinate resources for multiple capital design, interior renovation, and system office projects up to $1M. You will support daily end‑user requests for furniture, signage and wayfinding, artwork, and space planning.

The role requires leading teams, tracking budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations, and producing renderings. AutoCAD/Revit drafting and graphic renderings are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Three years in interior design, architecture, graphic design, or healthcare related design project management.
• Bachelor Degree Interior design or related field.
• NCIDQ / KY CID / NCARB certification or licensure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates multiple concurrent capital design, interior renovation, and system office projects up to $1M, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Assembles and manages internal and external teams, provides budget, schedule, and progress updates to stakeholders.
• Maintains facilities floorplans in AutoCAD/Revit; drafts as needed and develops graphic renderings for presentations.
• Ensures compliance with Norton Healthcare policies, regulations, and contractor/vendor management; handles move management for relocations.
