Job summary

MedSpeed is seeking a Logistics Service Representative / Medical Driver in Grand Blanc, MI for an extreme part-time schedule at $16.00/hr. Thursday-Friday | 10:30am-07:30pm. Long-distance driving across Michigan is expected, with a requirement to hold a valid Michigan Chauffeur’s License and COVID vaccination per location.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and adapt to technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, and supplies in a company vehicle.
• Operate a hand-held scanner to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Observe operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload vehicles with appropriate equipment.
• Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, neat vehicle.
• Coordinate routes based on client needs and adapt to changing assignments.
