MedSpeed is hiring a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Charlotte, NC. The role involves transporting lab specimens, medical supplies, and pharmaceuticals in a company vehicle with a fixed evening schedule (Mon-Fri, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM).

COVID vaccination is required where local mandates apply. The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer service as you move through a structured route network.

Responsibilities

• Most of your day will be spent driving a company-owned vehicle to safely transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, hospital supplies and related materials
• Operate a handheld scanner to track items through the transportation cycle
• Follow operating policies, procedures and service schedules
• Present a professional image to clients and the public
• Load and unload items with appropriate equipment
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior
• Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean vehicle
• Route duties vary by client and may change over time
• Demonstrate teamwork and adapt to teammates and clients
• Build and nurture a collaborative MedSpeed team culture
