You will coordinate with referral sources and internal staff, ensuring timely documentation and accurate records while maintaining a professional presence in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid auto insurance.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel across a multi-county territory.
