A motivated administrative professional with a professional presence, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused, sales-minded approach. Requires the use of a personal automobile to travel across a five-county territory while serving as a reliable point of contact for practitioners. Excels in organizing orders, managing logistics, and strategically planning travel to ensure accurate, timely pickup and delivery of documents for signature. Known for professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to build rapport while maintaining operational efficiency. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional for a full-time role responsible for the delivery and pick-up of home health certifications and interim orders. This position plays a vital role in ensuring timely document handling and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources.
