Job summary

Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. (CSK) in Miami seeks a skilled Paralegal to support defense litigation for nursing homes, ALFs, and healthcare providers. Ideal candidates have FRP or NALA CP certification, 5+ years in circuit court matters, and experience in healthcare or medical malpractice defense.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience handling circuit court litigation matters
• Experience supporting physicians, healthcare providers, or nursing home/ALF defense is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage high-volume litigation deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation from inception through trial
• Perform pretrial investigation, discovery support and trial preparation

Education

Florida registered paralegal (FRP) designation or NALA CP certification
