Job summary

Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. (CSK) in Miami seeks an experienced paralegal to join our defense litigation team.

The role supports attorneys across general litigation, maritime, personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, and auto accident cases, from inception through trial. Qualifications include Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) or NALA Certified Paralegal (CP) and at least 5 years of circuit court paralegal experience, plus 5 years in insurance defense.

Qualifications

• Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) designation or NALA Certified Paralegal (CP) required
• 5+ years of paralegal experience handling circuit court cases
• 5+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Westlaw

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

We’re looking for an experienced, organized, and self-motivated professional to assist attorneys with all phases of litigation—from inception through trial. Responsibilities include pretrial investigation, discovery support and trial preparation.

Important:

This is an on-site position. Remote work is not available. Candidates must currently reside in South Florida.
