Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Three or more years of healthcare decision support or clerical experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of health information systems and data analysis.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology is necessary.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organization and communication skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties and administrative support for the Director of Case Management.
• Run monthly reports and complete dashboards as directed by leadership.
• Enter pertinent data in EPIC as defined by director and team leader.
• Assist with utilization review activities and tracking notices as needed.
• Coordinate with patients, physicians, payer staff, and hospitals; maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Schedule meetings and transcribe accurate minutes in a timely manner.
