Job summary

Ellkay, LLC is seeking a Support Analyst to troubleshoot and resolve issues across ELLKAY software products. You will handle inquiries via email or phone, communicate clearly, escalate when needed, and manage multiple issues concurrently.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, plus experience with HL7 data formats and networking basics. Office-based with potential flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)
• 2 years of related experience (preferred)
• HL7 knowledge (preferred)
• Experience with data formats (HL7, XML, CSV) (preferred)
• Knowledge/experience with networking and connectivity solutions (preferred)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via email and possibly phone.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all support communication, oral and written.
• Engage with clients on the support phone queue and communicate status changes.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation for each support issue.
• Monitor work queue for proper severity processing.
• Communicate between management and team members to foster a positive environment.
• Advocate for the client with constant communication and proper escalation.
• Install and configure proprietary software solutions remotely.
• Provide first level of technical support and escalate when needed.
• Provide leadership and promote a professional work environment.
