Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Data Science Analyst/Engineer to join the Division of Applied AI Technologies. You will design data solutions and work with clinicians, operations, and analysts to develop data-driven healthcare tools.

Collaborate on predictive models, lead data-oriented projects, and mentor team members while ensuring production readiness and measurable ROI within the NYULMC ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a quantitative field with 3 years of ML/DS experience.
• Proficiency in Python or R and ML tools (scikit-learn, R).
• Experience with big data tools (Hadoop/Spark) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Strong software engineering principles and CI/CD/automation familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data solutions using ML and informatics methods.
• Work with large clinical datasets to tackle healthcare problems.
• Build data workflows to collect, clean, and process data and ensure integrity.
• Deploy and integrate models within NYULMC's healthcare infrastructure.
