Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Computer Science, Econometrics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in analytics or related field.
• Proficient in statistical packages (R, SPSS, STATA, SAS).
• Experience with distributed databases and query languages; proficient in Java or C++.
• Ability to identify objectives, synthesize data and translate insights for stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent English and teamwork skills.
• Portfolio or sample work is a strong plus.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Willing to take on varied healthcare and aged care challenges.

Responsibilities

• Analyse big data and provide customer insights to project managers and business managers.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to give visibility into data science activity.
• Lead design and implementation of predictive models and customer segmentation.
• Establish internal standards and benchmarks in data science.
• Design and develop data warehouses to support dashboards and reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to document data needs and resolve architecture conflicts.
• Ensure PDPA and IT security compliance.
• Prepare project plans and provide status updates.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative work as assigned by Managing Director.
