Responsibilities include developing interpretable models, producing high-quality client reports, and supporting proposals with technical diagrams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data-related field required.
• 2-5+ years in data science, ML, or AI engineering roles.
• Experience with healthcare data and analytics preferred.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and extend AI/analytics products for healthcare.
• Build interpretable ML models and feature attributions.
• Produce client-ready reports, exhibits, and presentations.
• Apply ML, NLP, and emerging analytics techniques where appropriate.
• Monitor model performance and design dashboards for KPIs.
• Collaborate with data engineering to build scalable pipelines.
