Highmark Health is offering a Summer 2027 Data Science Research & Development Graduate Internship designed for graduate students to apply ML, AI, and software engineering to healthcare challenges.

Interns collaborate with researchers, data scientists, ML engineers, and developers on clinical and health insurance data, exploring knowledge graphs, imaging, predictive modeling, and AI applications with mentorship and hands-on projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., CS, data science).
• Strong programming experience in Python and modern data science libraries.

Responsibilities
