Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operation of the unit and ensures agency policies are followed
• Develops performance standards and evaluates subordinates
• Serves as advisor and technical consultant on data science and related technologies
• Designs and maintains databases, dashboards, and data reporting systems
• Extracts data from CDW, VistA and other databases for analysis
• Identifies trends and analyzes program data to improve efficiency and outcomes
