• Advanced SQL skills with large structured datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to document and defend analytic decisions.
• Must be legally authorised to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Research healthcare regulations, policy guidance, program documentation, clinical concepts, and external data sources to answer business questions.
• Translate policies into structured data definitions, rules, and analytic frameworks.
• Evaluate claims, encounter, eligibility, enrollment data to identify cohorts and utilization patterns.
• Validate research findings and business definitions through data analysis and testing.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, analytics and AI teams.
• Present and defend analytic approaches to stakeholders.
• Develop and test SQL-based logic to explore datasets and validate assumptions.
• Document methodologies, definitions, assumptions, and validation results.
• Support research and early-stage product development initiatives.
