Job summary

UHIN is seeking a Project Manager to oversee lifecycle management of healthcare data exchange initiatives, interoperability standards, and clearinghouse operations. You will ensure on-time delivery, quality, and alignment with organizational goals in a PHI-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating multiple interdependent workstreams, documenting plans, and communicating status to stakeholders across clinical and payer partners.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience leading and managing cross-functional data integration projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• PM Certification (PMP/CSM/CAHIMS/CPHIMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle management of standard to moderately complex healthcare data projects.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, scope, requirements, and schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders for project success.
• Monitor milestones, provide timely status reports to leadership and partners.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and PHI handling requirements.
