You will translate customer needs into actionable plans, collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams, and drive value across payer, pharmacy, provider, and life sciences segments.

The ideal candidate has a customer-centric mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into product solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Product Management or related experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical teams to develop, enhance, or maintain products.
• Experience engaging directly with customers and gathering business requirements.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business needs, gather requirements, and identify market opportunities.
• Own and execute the product roadmap for a designated feature area and contribute to strategy and objectives.
• Prioritize product requirements and collaborate with engineering to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Lead feature and enhancement planning, including requirement analysis and acceptance criteria definition.
• Analyze customer, market, and product data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support product launch activities and enablement with Sales and internal teams.
