Job summary

Truven Health Analytics is seeking an entry-level analyst/consultant to support CMS account projects. You will work across multiple work streams, perform data analysis, health policy research, and contribute to written deliverables in a collaborative team environment.

Location may be in Woodlawn, MD or Bethesda, MD. The role emphasizes learning, stakeholder interviews, and building core consulting skills for government and health industry clients.

Qualifications

• Combination of health, business and/or IT coursework.
• Experience working with a development team, testing systems, and documenting results.
• Leadership roles in past activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to CMS IT development and maintenance project, leading tasks as required.
• Analyze business processes, policies, and systems.
• Capture system requirements.
• Support research efforts including stakeholder interviews and option analyses.
• Create clear documents/deliverables based on client or team guidance.
• Assist with strategic training and communication related to CMS systems.
