Job summary

Deloitte Consulting seeks a Healthcare Data Engineering Manager to lead a team building scalable data platforms and integration pipelines across healthcare domains. You will deliver cloud-based data products using Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, AWS, Teradata Vantage, Informatica, Airflow, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in consulting (7+ in healthcare with Medicare knowledge), strong stakeholder coordination, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall consulting experience including Management
• 7+ years in healthcare specifically with knowledge in Medicare business
• Requirements gathering and stakeholder coordination
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and operationalizing scalable healthcare data platforms and integration pipelines across claims, payments, member, provider, eligibility, medical, and pharmacy domains.
• Deliver cloud-based data products using Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, AWS, Teradata Vantage, Informatica, Airflow, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
• Lead projects or workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
