Job summary

Deloitte Consulting is seeking an Healthcare Data Engineering Manager to lead a team building scalable data platforms and integration pipelines spanning claims, payments, member and provider domains. You will deliver cloud-based data products using Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, and AWS services.

The role requires 10+ years of consulting including healthcare, with strong stakeholder coordination and travel ~10%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall consulting experience including Management
• 7+ years in healthcare specifically with knowledge in Medicare business
• Requirements gathering and stakeholder coordination
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for designing, developing, and operationalizing scalable healthcare data platforms and integration pipelines across claims, payments, member, provider, eligibility, medical, and pharmacy domains
• Design, develop, and operationalize scalable healthcare data platforms and integration pipelines across multiple healthcare domains
• Deliver cloud-based data products using Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, AWS services, Teradata Vantage, Informatica, Airflow, GitHub, and Azure DevOps
• Provide clear guidance to others and manage projects or workstreams
• Balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Meet deadlines and maintain high quality in work products
