Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with SQL and relational DBMS.
• Hands-on dimensional data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing.
• Programming in SQL, Python, and related languages for cloud/on-prem data warehousing.
• Troubleshooting data issues.
• Performance-optimization techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to drive process improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Healthcare domain familiarity (HIPAA, Payor contracts, HL7, FHIR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end integration patterns bridging cloud-native SaaS, core clinical systems (Epic EMR), and the Enterprise Data Platform.
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and ensure reliability and scalability of the integration layer.
• Act as a technical consultant to Product and Business leads; refine requirements and propose design patterns.
• Explore new tools and AI/ML to drive innovation and automation.
• Create and maintain system designs, architecture diagrams, and governance documentation.
