Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Business Performance Analyst to analyze data in the Quality Outcomes Department. The role is full-time with a 40-hour work week, Monday–Friday, in Ft. Worth, TX, and includes one remote day per week.

You will extract and analyze data, develop models, and create dashboards to support business decisions. Strong analytics skills and data visualization experience are essential.

Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in math, economics, finance, engineering, or related field.
  • Two years of analytics work with Bachelor's; or zero years with Master's.
  • Experience with data visualization tools is required.

Responsibilities

  • Extract, clean, and join data from multiple sources for analysis.
  • Develop analytical models to assess financial and clinical value of initiatives.
  • Lead dashboard development, data definitions, and documentation processes.
  • Produce ad hoc and recurring reports with data-based insights.
  • Present findings to work groups using data visualization tools.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders for effective solutions.
