Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Three years analytics experience required.
• Experience in a managed health care environment preferred.
• Knowledge of HEDIS and QARR measure specifications.
• Ability to profile and integrate new data sources into reporting.
• Proficiency with SAS, SQL, Python or R for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop standard reports to identify quality measure trends.
• Model quality measure rates to quantify gap closure opportunities.
• Create custom quality measures supporting regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure transparent reporting to providers.
• Present outputs in a user-friendly way and summarize results.
