Job summary

The Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) McCance Center for Brain Health in the MGB Neurology Department is an interdisciplinary research center focused on promoting healthy brain aging and preventing neurodegenerative disease through innovative research. We conduct clinical trials for Alzheimer's therapies and are seeking a Data Manager to join the team.

You will extract knowledge from data through data preparation, modeling, analysis, and/or visualization to support day-to-day operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Analysis required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
• Experience with healthcare data preferred
• Proficiency with SQL, data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau

Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes, and reports data to support decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and/or specific business performance issues.
• Collates, models, interprets, and analyzes data.
• Explains variances and trends in data.
• Identifies and documents enhancements to modeling techniques.
• Performs data validation of source-to-target data for data visuals and dashboards.
