PBACO (Palm Beach Accountable Care Organization) in West Palm Beach, FL is offering a Summer 2027 Internship Program for current college students. You will work alongside professionals, take on real projects, and present your work to leadership.

The internship runs 10–12 weeks from May to August 2027 with a dedicated mentor, onboarding, and end-of-summer capstone presentation. Strong performers may receive full-time offers upon graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's or master's degree program with anticipated graduation date December 2027 or later.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership through campus involvement, work experience, or volunteer activities.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work on-site in West Palm Beach, FL for duration of the program.
