You will assist with general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Basic understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
• Excel proficiency including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments.
• Assist with accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections follow-up.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare supporting schedules for financial statements.
• Support audit preparation by organizing documentation and responding to auditor requests.
• Maintain organized financial records in PBACO policies and regulations.
