Job summary

Vida is a virtual, personalized obesity care provider using technology and healthcare professionals to help patients achieve better health outcomes. We seek a data operations professional to document processes, map client data, QA ingestion, and support billing/configuration in a HIPAA-regulated environment.

You will collaborate with Product, Client Success, Engineering and Analytics to ensure readiness across launch workflows, maintain dashboards, and optimize repeatable processes for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative, technical, or business field.
• 3+ years in data operations, analytics, health tech, or technical implementation.
• Experience in digital health, health plans, employer benefits, or B2B SaaS client onboarding.
• Familiarity with healthcare data types: eligibility, claims, pharmacy, lab, and prior authorization.
• Experience turning contract terms into system configuration, such as billing, SLAs, or performance guarantees.
• Experience working in a HIPAA-regulated environment with handling of protected health information.
• Python scripting experience to automate tasks is a bonus.
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and independent work capability.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and resolve cross-functional issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute Client Success led initiatives including documentation, action plans and status updates.
• Track client details and align internal stakeholders for deliverables.
• Map client data to internal schemas, run test loads and QA data ingestion.
• Monitor SLAs for data processing, maintain dashboards and resolve pipeline issues.
• Onboard client files through GCS and Fivetran into DBT models with QA.
• Load healthcare files (labs, claims, pharmacy) via secure SFTP delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate ingestion pipelines and surface anomalies.
• Configure pricing, engagement rules and billing workflows using Google Sheets and SQL.
• Coordinate across Product, Client Success, Engineering and Analytics for launches.
• Proactively optimize workflows to increase efficiency and scale processes.
• Maintain changelogs and support continuous improvement of tooling and SOPs.
